India national cricket team batsman Suryakumar Yadav played a decent hand with the bat in the ongoing first T20I against the South Africa national cricket team. The first match of the series between the two teams will take place at Kingsmead in Durban.

Suryakumar Yadav, who came out to bat at number 3, got out early after the Indian National Cricket Team lost Abhishek Sharma early. The team captain batted with a positive mindset from the beginning and ensured that the momentum remained with his team.

Suryakumar Yadav continued his golden touch with the bat as he played some sharp shots in his innings and hit bowlers all over the park. The Indian captain played a great supporting role to Sanju Samson, who has gone berserk and shown no mercy to the South African bowlers.

Suryakumar Yadav died to Patrick Kruger, who bowled a ball for 11. The batsman, after failing to capitalize on the free hits, attempted to hit the last ball of the over out of the park. However, he didn’t get the right connection as he was caught deep in the ninth over.

Patrick Kruger, who struggled during the finale, threw a split-finger knuckleball. Suryakumar did not pick him up and reached the loft early. He got the inside of the bat and the ball sailed towards deep square leg and was caught by Simelane.
