To strengthen this area, the Gujarat Titans brought in Jos Buttler, one of the most aggressive openers in world cricket. Buttler’s arrival provides the Titans with a solid starting pairing for IPL 2025, with Buttler and Gill expected to form an exciting partnership at the top of the order.

Both Shubman Gill and Jos Buttler have been top performers in the IPL, each scoring more than 3000 runs. Gill won the Orange Cap in 2023, while Buttler claimed it in 2022. Their ability to score a lot makes them one of the most dangerous starting pairs in the tournament.
