Mohammed Shami, Ravindra Jadaja and Varun Chakravarthy are left out for this game, since Shami and Jadaja have been rested, while Varun Chakravarthy, who made his debut in Odi in the last game, has a painful calf, Rohit Sharma confirmed in The Sms. Washington Sundar, Kuldeep Yadav and Arshdeep Singh enter instead.
“We have made some changes: Jaadaja and Shami have been rested, unfortunately Varun has calf pain. Then, Washi, Kuldeep and Arshdeep come to the side, ”said Rohit.

Meanwhile, England has brought Tom Banton instead of Jamie Overton. Banton impressed in ILT20 2025 but was not initially selected. He joined the team after Jacob Bethell suffered an injury.
