Naushad Khan reveals how he stood up to a fraudster who used his identity to scam young people

During an exclusive chat with Sports Tak, Naushad Khan recounted how he dealt with the fraudster who used his name to scam the youngsters. The fraudster reportedly used Naushad’s identity to extort money from the youngsters, assuring them that they would be net bowlers in the IPL.

During the chat, Naushad Khan revealed that he asked the scammer to stop doing such illegal things, otherwise legal action would be taken.

“I called him and told him I am XYZ and when he offered me the same, I told him I am Naushad and asked him why he was doing such things. Why was he playing with the lives of small children and why was he defaming me? He then got scared and I told him that I will file a complaint against you,” Naushad said.

“After that, he told me not to complain. And so on. I will return the money to everyone and also remove my name from Facebook. He deleted it,” he added.

Naushad Khan’s appeal to youth regarding fraud

A few months ago, Naushad made an appeal through a video in which he mentioned the scam where the fraudster was trying to extort money from the youth using his name, assuring that they would become net bowlers in the IPL or any state team. Through his video, Naushad asked the youth to trust their hard work instead of such scammers.

“Good morning, friends. I have once again come before you because many people are using my name (Naushad Khan) to create fake IDs on Facebook and Instagram. They are asking money from children, assuring that they will become net bowlers in the IPL, get selected in the academy or be in a state team. I urge you all not to get involved in this and rely on your hard work. I am currently not connected with any IPL team at the moment. I am not going to train at the moment. So, thank you very much for not getting involved in this,” Sarfaraz Khan’s father said in the video.

Meanwhile, Sarfaraz Khan is currently preparing for the home Test series against Bangladesh, which is set to take place in September. The talented right-hander made his debut in the home Test series against England earlier this year. In five innings, he scored 200 runs at an average of 50 and a strike rate of 79.36.
