On Monday morning, the batting master of India Virat Kohli surprised the world with his decision to withdraw from the trial cricket. The 35 -year -old announced the news in an emotional publication on social networks.
Kohli had previously transmitted his desire to withdraw from the longest format to the selectors. Some reports suggested that the Board is trying to convince him to play the England series. But Kohli ended all the noise with a formal ad.
The decision occurs a few days before the squad selection for the five -game test series of India in England. Kohli follows Rohit Sharma, who had announced his test retirement last week.
