Just one day after Chief coach Jon Lewis was fired after the performance of the poor ashes of the women of England, the England Cricket Board announced that Heather Knight resigned as captain.
Heather, who directed England in 199 games, resigned after an overwhelming defeat of 16-0 ashes to Australia earlier this year. Its departure also follows the disappointing departure from the group stage of England in the World Cup T20 in October.
