The IND vs ENG Test series is turning out to be a dream come true series for young Indian opener Yashasvi Jaiswal. Jaiswal is currently racing towards his double hundred and has already hit 10 sixes in his innings so far. Jaiswal has hit a total of 20 sixes in the Test series so far and has broken Rohit Sharma’s record of smashing 19 sixes in the Test series against South Africa in 2019.
Yashasvi Jaiswal came out to bat after retiring injured on Day 3 and smashed a record century. Jaiswal faced a back spasm due to which he had to retire injured and walk back to the locker room. Jaiswal has already crossed the double hundred in the series which came in the second Test match played in Visakhapatnam.
Soon after Yashasvi Jaiswal came out to bat following the fall of Kuldeep Yadav’s wicket on the 4th, he started smashing fours and sixes against the bowlers and played his version of ‘bazball’.
