To this, Basit Ali has given a befitting reply to the former England cricketer. Basit Ali said PCB should send Ghulam’s photo to Vaughan and tell him that Kamran Ghulam is here to stay. According to Basit Ali, if Pakistan selectors emphasized on picking players regularly from their national set-up, it would benefit Pakistan cricket in the future.

Babar Azam sidelined by Pakistan selectors
Notably, Babar Azam completely failed against England in the first Test. He came out for 30 runs off 71 balls in the first innings.
Later, the former Pakistan captain could only manage 5 runs in the second innings as Pakistan scored 220. England won the first Test, angering the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).
