Ali Khan was fined 15% of his match fees and was also given 1 demerit point. He already had 3 demerit points to his name before that game. The total of 4 demerit points led to his suspension for two games. Notably, he posted the best figure by an associate bowler in that match when he returned with figures of 7/32.

Shayan Jahangir was well received by Gajanand Singh (33) and Jessy Singh (38). Vital lower-order contributions propelled the US to a total of 211 runs in combat, which at one point seemed impossible.
