Yuzvendra Chahal promoted MS Dhoni, Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma and Sanju Samson as his brothers and revealed that they spend a lot of time together adding that he even shares some things with them that he doesn’t share with his wife. Speaking about the video posted on Ranveer Allahbadia’s YouTube channel, he said:

“My teammates are my brothers. Mahi bhai, Virat bhaiyya, Rohit bhaiyya or Sanju – there are so many people that I can call them anytime and tell them that I have this particular problem and want to discuss it. They are always ready to listen to me.
We spend a lot of time together. If we are together for a month, then it becomes like a family. I think you don’t talk about things as openly with your family as you do with your teammates. We discuss personal lives, future plans, etc. I can’t discuss some things with my wife too. I’m trying, but it’s happened in 5-10 percent.”

Yuzvendra Chahal went on to talk about his camaraderie with Sanju Samson and called him mature along with Shreyas Iyer and Hardik Pandya. He explained:
“Sanju is very mature. Iyer is very mature. Hardik is also very mature; these two or three people that I can name. As for emotional maturity, I can talk to Sanju. Sometimes they are so knowledgeable that you don’t even know because you are not aware of their struggles.”
Yuzvendra Chahal has been named in the Indian squad for the West Indies ODIs and T20Is. He will soon be flying to the Caribbean for the same along with Sanju Samson and Hardik Pandya.
