Prithvi Shaw had a forgettable IPL 2023
Shaw has played 5 tests, 6 ODIs and 1 T20I for the India national cricket team. He is currently not in the scheme of things for India in Tests and ODIs. Despite earning himself a call-up to the T20Is squad against New Zealand earlier this year, he didn’t get a chance to play. He last played for India during the Sri Lanka tour in 2021.

In the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023, he had a forgettable outing. Shaw was not a regular member of the Delhi Capitals (DC) playing XI in the tournament and was sidelined after back-to-back poor performances from him.
