Afghanistan and Texas Super Kings pace bowler Noor Ahmad was part of a fun fast-paced session ahead of the team’s upcoming game against Seattle Orcas in Major League Cricket (MLC) 2024. The pace bowler is having a good time in the league with the ball.
Noor Ahmad has played a pivotal role for the Texas Super Kings in Major League Cricket. Although he has not played every match for the team, in every opportunity he has had in the tournament, he has been vital to the team.
In the last match against Washington Freedom, Noor Ahmad stepped up for his team. The wrist spinner took three wickets in the game and helped his team with wickets at crucial moments of the game at the Grand Prairie Stadium in Dallas.
Noor Ahmad removed Travis Head (53), Glenn Maxwell (34) and Rachin Ravindra. He returned with the figures of 3/38 but his effort went in vain as Texas Super Kings lost to Washington Freedom. They could not chase down the target of 207 runs and lost the game by 42 runs. He would be extremely vital for his team to move forward in the tournament.
Noor Ahmad also participated in a rapid-fire Q&A session. He expressed his desire to play with AB de Villiers and also named Rashid Khan, the captain of his Afghanistan national cricket team, as his favourite player. He also mentioned Rashid, Virat Kohli and Shubman Gill as talented players.

Noor Ahmad was also asked to share the best advice he has ever received. He stated that his parents and friends have told him to be good in life.
Q: What is the best life advice you have received and from whom? A: From many players, from my parents, from my brother. Just be good in your life, that’s all.
He also revealed that he would like Aamir Khan to play his role in a film.
Q: If you wanted an actor to play your role in a movie, who would that actor be? A: Aamir.
Q: The funniest thing you’ve heard from the crowd during a game? A: Many things but I don’t remember.
