Before the IND vs ENG third Test match, there were rumors that Jasprit Bumrah might be rested from the Rajkot Test. However, Bumrah has been included as team vice-captain in the team for the last three Tests against England. Bumrah has been injury prone and has missed many important matches and tournaments due to his injuries.

Jasprit Bumrah returned to international cricket after almost a year in August last year. It was believed that Bumrah would bowl with the same accuracy and pace, however, he proved all cricket experts wrong by becoming more lethal than before.

His performance also played a huge role in India’s first Test victory at the Sahara Park Newlands.

Ahead of the IND vs ENG third test match, the Indian team management has a lot of issues to address. The middle order has failed to perform in the first two Tests, however, KL Rahul’s return will add some strength to the middle order in Rajkot.

The five-match series is currently tied at 1-1, in which England registered a remarkable victory in Hyderabad by 28 runs and made an excellent start to the series. However, India bounced back strongly and is now hoping to take the lead by winning the Rajkot Test.
