Hasan Mahmud, with his sensational fast bowling ability, has put the Bangladesh National Cricket Team in the winning position in the second Test of the series. The fast bowler bowled his heart out and put the Pakistan National Cricket Team batsmen in trouble with his impeccable lines and lengths.

Hasan Mahmud, in the second innings, was at his best as he picked up crucial wickets for his team and put them on top. Of all the wickets he took, Mohammad Rizwan’s scalp caught the attention of many as it not only came with a sensational ball but also with a brutal celebration.

Hasan Mahmud bowled a good length delivery which pushed Mohammad Rizwan. The delivery was deflected and took more shape so the batsman went the other way with the drive and managed to get the thick outside edge to the wicket-keeper and Litton Das completed the job of getting the batsman out.

What caught the attention of many was Hasan Mahmud’s celebration after the wicket. The fast bowler got animated and came up with the brutal send-off to Mohammad Rizwan as the entire Bangladesh National Cricket Team erupted in celebrations as the batsman made the long walk back to the pavilion.

Mohammad Rizwan, who scored 171 runs in the first Test, was in great form and played a good hand for the team. However, that was not enough as his team wanted him to get more runs and take them to a big total. The wicket-keeper batsman finished with 43 runs in 73 balls with 5 fours.

After removing Mohammad Rizwan, Hasan Mahmud made sure to help his team end the innings quickly. The fast bowler also removed Mohammad Ali and Mir Hamza. His sensational bowling allowed Pakistan to get bowled out for just 172 runs in the second innings.

Mahmud had dismissed Abdullah Shafique and Khurram Shahzad and completed the quintet. He returned with 5/43 and made sure to help his team set the target of just under 200. Bangladesh were asked to chase down just 185 runs and they started well.

Bangladesh openers Shadman Islam and Zakir Hasan started well enough and added 42 runs without losing a wicket, and they need 143 runs to seal the two-match Test series. The play was stopped due to bad light.

Bangladesh has a 1-0 lead in the series. They won the first match by 10 wickets and would want to win the second match to write a new record by winning the Test series against Pakistan.
