Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) has unveiled their jersey for the upcoming Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024. The Faf du Plessis-led team revealed their kit for the 17th edition of the league during the unboxing event on Tuesday (March 19) .
The RCB unboxing event will be held at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru and has been a real treat for the fans. Viewers have turned out in thousands to support their favorite and the franchise’s women’s team is also present to grace the occasion.
During the event, Royal Challengers Bengaluru also unveiled their jersey. Captain Faf du Plessis and stars Virat Kohli and Smriti Mandhana took center stage as the franchise’s new kit was revealed. The Indian star greeted the crowd in Kannada.
This led to a huge roar from the fans as Virat Kohli, Faf du Plessis and Smriti Mandhana pressed the bell for the curtain to rise on the new jersey. The trio were then seen wearing the franchise’s new colors on stage.

The Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) jersey for IPL 2024 is a blue and red color combination. The top half of the uniform is blue while the bottom half of the outfit is red. The kit also has the team logo on the lower half.
Apart from revealing the jersey, Royal Challengers Bengaluru also revealed their new name. They will now be known as Royal Challengers Bengaluru. The franchise made an announcement on social media related to the same and stated:
