India batsman Shivam Dube is back in form with the bat in the ongoing T20 World Cup 2024. The left-hander played a decent hand for his team in the match against Bangladesh being played at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium in Antigua and Barbuda.
Shivam Dube, who came out to bat at number 5, in the ongoing game against Bangladesh, took a while to get going. But after poking him in the eye, he unleashed himself and landed some magnificent blows to up the ante for his team.
Shivam Dube first hit a six off Shakib Al Hasan and then hit a huge six off Tanzim Hasan Sakib. In the 18th over of the innings, he looked to attack Rishad Hossain and started the over on a high note as he hit the huge six over mid-wicket.
But in the next delivery, Rishad Hossain took revenge and had the last laugh. He anticipated Shivam Dube would come after him and bowl a full straight ball. The left-hander missed the sweep and the ball crashed into the stumps to send the batsman packing.
