Yuzvendra Chahal’s wife Dhanashree Verma opened up about the trolls she has been facing for a long time on social media. She admitted that all of this has affected her family and her loved ones.

Dhanashree Verma has lately become the talk of the town for her social media antics. Yuzvendra Chahal’s wife has faced a lot of criticism for the way she posts pictures with her male friends on social media accounts.

Recently a photo of her went viral on the Internet. Dhanashree Verma, who was recently part of the dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 11, was seen with choreographer Pratik Utekar. The image provoked many reactions from fans, who criticized her for posting such images despite her being Yuzvendra Chahal’s wife.

Not only this, but fans have also criticized her for her friendly behavior towards Indian cricketers, particularly Shreyas Iyer. Many even criticized her for the demise of Yuzvendra Chahal, who has been struggling to find a place in the Indian team despite being the backbone of the team a few years ago.

Amidst all the trolls and criticism, Dhanashree Verma broke her silence on the matter. She said that while those things never affected her, the recent trolls had a big impact on her family life. In a video posted on her Instagram account, she stated:

“How do you feel about this? It is that simple to ask and be a human being first, than to present certain verdicts or opinions. I have never been affected by trolls or memes in my life. This definitely took a lot of maturity to ignore or laugh out loud until this very recent troll happened.

“The reason it has affected me this time is because it has affected my family and my nearest and dearest. Since you all have the freedom on social media platforms to speak your heart out, you tend to forget or choose to ignore our feelings and those of our family.”

Dhanashree Verma revealed that recent trolls forced her to take a break from social media. But since her career depended on social media, she needed to end the detox. She added:

“So this led to the decision to detox from social media and believe me, it was very peaceful. But we can also realize that if we make this medium so negative, all we are doing is spreading hatred and discord on a large scale. “Social media is an important part of my job and I can’t give up, so I gathered my courage and went back to Instagram.”

I just ask you to be a little more sensitive – Dhanashree Verma on trolls

Dhanashree Verma further asked fans to be more sensitive on social media and emphasized that being the Woman, it was not fair to troll her. She also urged her fans to spread love. She added:

“I just ask you to be a little more sensitive and focus on our talents and abilities because, at the end of the day, we are all here in this medium just to entertain you. So don’t forget that I am also just a woman, like your mother, your sister, your friend, your wife, and this is not done, and it is not fair.

“And I am known as a fighter and I never give up. Here I am and I’m not going to give up again. But spread love, be sensitive about some things and don’t spread hate. I really hope that from now on we all focus on the good things and move forward in life.”
