Mohit Sharma

Mohit Sharma, on Wednesday (April 24), bowled the most expensive over in the history of the Indian Premier League. The right-arm pacer conceded a staggering 73 runs in his four overs during the game between Delhi Capitals and Gujarat Titans at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi.

GT captain Shubman Gill did not use Mohit Sharma until the 12th over as he trusted him to bowl in the crucial death overs. The fast bowler conceded 12 runs in his first over and Rishabh Pant hit him for two fours. He was removed from the attack immediately after that, before he was given the ball to bowl the 16th over.
