“Many Indians will come for the game. For the first time, so many people are asking for passes to come see us in the final. It will be a great year for India as after this we will have a 50+ World Cup.” said Ravichandran Ashwin.

“We will aim for two world titles in the same year. Keep us in your prayers. This will definitely need luck. There is no doubt about that. Both teams are playing their first game of the season, so both teams will be just as nervous.” added.

“We have had an extraordinary and excellent practice so far. We are totally excited. It will not be easy for both teams. We are coming off our T20 season and Australia are coming back from their break.” said Ravichandran Ashwin.

“I am very excited to see how this plays out. Probably, in recent times, this is one of my biggest games. If you ask me, this is a great occasion. This is the second final of the WTC. But we all don’t know.” added.

“Even the ICC recently tweeted. We don’t know how it will turn out. I’m really looking forward to it. The ground is being prepared for the big event. Every ICC event will have this festive atmosphere.” he claimed.

“The ICC will plan these events 6 or 7 months in advance. But this time, 6-7 months earlier, they emailed both teams about what practice would be like and that the game would be at The Oval. So, in terms of preparation, they didn’t leave anything out for both teams.” added.
