Mumbai Indians (MI) take on Punjab Kings (PBKS) in match 33 of IPL 2024 at Mullanpur. This is an away game for them after their previous home loss against CSK.

Mumbai Indians bowlers had a tough game against the Chennai Super Kings in the previous game. They managed to take only four wickets against CSK and the mighty Jasprit Bumrah remained wicketless.

There were many talking points about Mumbai Indians’ previous defeat, but none more important than Hardik Pandya’s captaincy. He chose to bowl in the final against one MS Dhoni who went against him when he was taken for 20 runs, which turned out to be the difference in the end.

Experts have already started giving their opinion on Hardik’s captaincy. He also left the team with the bat when he needed to bat with Rohit Sharma. MI’s batting, barring Rohit’s ton, was a disappointment. In this article, we take a look at MI’s XI for their match against PBKS.
