RCB Playing 11 vs SRH, IPL 2024

Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) will take on Sunrisers Hyderabad in their next home match on April 15 after a disappointing loss against Mumbai Indians. This is already his seventh game of the season.

RCB took a beating at the hands of Mumbai Indians in their previous match at the Chinnaswamy Stadium. They scored 196 with the bat as MI chased down the target in 16 overs.

Captain Faf du Plessis and former captain Virat Kohli could not believe the exquisite strokeplay of the Mumbai batsmen. Fifties from Ishan Kishan and Suryakumar Yadav sealed the match for the five-time champions.

After four consecutive defeats, nothing seems to be working for RCB who have run out of ideas on how to stop the bleeding of players. None of the players have taken 8 or more wickets so far in the tournament. Bowling remains a nightmare for the team as the management finds it difficult to tackle it. They just find it difficult to win.

Glenn Maxwell is ruled out for this game with a finger injury. He is likely to be replaced by Cameron Green in the XI. In this article, we predict the probable XI of Royal Challengers Bangalore against Sunrisers Hyderabad.

RCB Playing 11 vs SRH – IPL 2024, Match 30

Virat Kohli

Virat Kohli will continue to open the batting for RCB. Jasprit Bumrah dismissed him for the fifth time in the last match for 3 off nine balls. He still leads the Orange Cap run with 316 runs in six games.

Faf du Plessis (C)

Faf will open the batting with Kohli. He scored 61 off 40 balls, which were his first fifty of the season. That has moved him to 11th place on the list of best running backs.

jacks

The jacks will enter at three. He made his IPL debut against MI and scored 88 in six balls. The England all-rounder also ruled out Rohit Sharma as his first IPL spinner.

Rajat Patidar

Patidar will enter at four. He finally found some form by scoring 50 off 26 balls, his first of the season. He needs to maintain this form for his franchise. He has been struggling with form since the Test series against England.

Cameron Green

Green will be located at five. He will return to the XI with Glenn Maxwell ruled out for this game due to a finger injury. Green is yet to make an impact for RCB.

Dinesh Karthik (WK)

Karthik can bat at six. He scored a brilliant 53 off 23 balls and played a good hand to help RCB achieve the total they achieved. He needs to continue his form for the franchise.

Mahipal Lomror / Anuj Rawat

Lomror can bat at seven if he recovers from the toe injury he received from a Jasprit Bumrah yorker. If he does not recover, he may be replaced by Anuj Rawat.

Vijaykumar Vyshak

Vyshak can be one of the three Indian pacers. He was included in the last match after a break. He made 32 runs in his three overs and got a wicket. He is a good bowler with his change-up and RCB can keep him.

Mohd Siraj

Siraj has cost RCB dearly. He has made 226 runs so far this season and has only taken four wickets. RCB needs more wickets from him. He has been losing runs with an economy of 10.41 this season.

Deep Akash

Akash Deep will be the other Indian bowler in this game. In the last match against MI he scored 55. Since all RCB bowlers get runs, he should also be given a longer run.

Reece Topley

Topley is likely to conclude the playing XI. He can be effective with his left arm angle. He made 34 off three overs from him. He has taken three wickets in three games.

Sub-Karn Sharma Impact

The leggie should be brought in as a substitute for Impact to strengthen their bowling attack for this game. RCB have not made the best use of the Impact Sub rule in their favor so far.
