SRH’s boundless pacer Sakib Hussain cheats Shivam Dube before he ends another stellar spell for the orange army in this edition of the TATA IPL 2026.
Sunrisers Hyderabad have one of the fiercest batting units in this edition of the IPL. Also, players like Abhishek Sharma, Ishan Kishan and Heinrich Klaasen have been delivering good knocks for their team. Despite this, the team struggled with ball in hand as they were unable to defend even massive totals.
The story finally changed for the Sunrisers when they brought in the two uncapped pacers. Praful Hinge and Sakib Hussain lit up the stage against Rajasthan Royals, giving them an incredible victory against the best team in the tournament.
Sakib Hussain cheats on Shivam Dube with absolute ripper
Sakib Hussain, despite not being among the wickets early in the game, bowled a good spell and did not give away too many runs. The Bihar pacer, who previously played for CSK as a net bowler, nailed his yorkers on the money and fooled everyone with change-of-pace deliveries.
Holding his own against Shivam Dube, he bowled one straight on the wickets and the delivery took the top of mid-off. Stumps uprooted and bails flying backwards, what a sight for a young walker like Sakib. The new SRH speedgun has done it for his team, ruling out the dangerous Dube.

Shivam Dube came in to bat at no. 7 for the Chennai Super Kings, and looked a very crucial player in the death overs during the chase. Dube could not manage more than 21 runs off just 16 balls, at an average of 131.25.
Eshan Malinga, Nitish Reddy and Sakib Hussain give SRH a promising win
Sunrisers were not a promising team with the ball until the two limitless pacers intervened. However, Hinge was beaten by youngster Mhatre before Nitish Kumar Reddy chipped in with the new ball from the other end.
Reddy took two wickets in the innings while Eshan Malinga also picked three wickets as he hit in almost every over of his spell except the end of his spell. He finished with a spectacular figure of 3/29. Malinga is their key carrier of the season.
Spinner Shivang Kumar was the only spinner in the match as SRH failed to bring in Harsh Dubey as an impact spinner. He bowled a spectacular spell of 3 overs, picking up one wicket and saving just 18 runs.
Praful Hinge held his nerve as Sunrisers won in a late thriller
The Vidarbha pacer had the upper hand in the previous game for Sunrisers Hyderabad as he became the first bowler in IPL history to pick three wickets in the first over of a game.
He dismissed four of Rajasthan Royals’ five top-order batsmen and was named player of the match despite Sakib Hussain finishing with better figures in the last game. However, after giving away runs at an economy of 18 in the first three overs, Hinge defended 18 runs in the final over.
He simply gave away 7 runs in the final over and helped his team win the game by 10 runs. He also dismissed Jamie Overton in the same over and took his first wicket of the game.
