Alex Hales ran in from distance and Shadab Khan from distance ran the other way. The England star reached out and grabbed the ball, but ended up colliding with Shadab and the ball slipped out of his hands. They were both on the ground and that made everyone tense.

Physiotherapists rushed in and gave medical attention to the duo. Fortunately, they were not damaged enough as after one treatment they stood up and looked fine. The duo then returned to the pavilion as Karachi Kings’ innings ended.

Alex Hales leads Shadab Khan & Co. to good start with the bat

In the chase, Islamabad United got off to a good start, thanks to the powerful start of Alex Hales. The English batsman came out firing and made sure to put pressure on the opposition from the start. He has played some glorious shots in his innings and would like to capitalize on the opening he has had.

Alex Hales was hitting an unbeaten 33 runs off just 20 balls with the help of five boundaries at the time of writing. With the kind of early test they have, it is fair to say that Shadab Khan’s team look favorites to win the game as they still have 10 wickets in hand.
