Former BCCI Chairman Sourav Ganguly has praised Australian pacemaker Scott Boland, saying he will be the biggest threat to India in the World Test Championship (WTC) final. Sourav Ganguly believes that Scott Boland will be a useful bowler for Australia on this surface with tight bowling from him.
Scott Boland, who was named in the playing XI in place of the injured Josh Hazlewood, impressed with his bowling in the final match. The right-handed pacemaker dismissed Shubman Gill with a brilliant bite, which struck the top of the stump. Boland conceded just 29 runs in his 11 overs on Day 2.

Shubman Gill Did Not Line Up – Sourav Ganguly
Speaking to Star Sports, Sourav Ganguly pointed out that Indian boss Rohit Sharma has been sacked in a similar delivery before as well.
“You’ll get good advance deliveries when you go to England, Australia or New Zealand. That was good against Rohit Sharma.” Sourav Ganguly told Star Sports.

Former Indian captain believes Scott Boland will be India’s biggest threat throughout the final match of the WTC.
“Scott Boland will be a useful bowler on this ground and will cause trouble for India during this Test match. but you hope to see this in the test matches under these conditions”, added.
The India team scored 151 runs for the loss of five wickets at stumps on Day 2. The top four Indian batsmen failed to cross the 15-run mark. Ravindra Jadeja was the top scorer in the lineup with 48 runs. Ajinkya Rahane and KS Bharat were in the fold with scores of 29 and 5, respectively.
Earlier, the Rohit Sharma-led team dismissed Australia with 469 runs in their first innings. The Pat Cummins-led team added 142 runs to their score overnight. Mohammed Siraj picked up four wickets with the ball, while Mohammed Shami and Shardul Thakur each took two wickets.
