Australian opener Usman Khawaja took a stunning catch on Day 3 of the ongoing Test match against the Pakistan team. Usman Khawaja caught the ball to dismiss Pakistan all-rounder Faheem Ashraf for a low score in the first innings on Saturday, December 16.
Pakistan cricket team started the third day with a score of 132-2, with night batsmen Khurram Shahzad and Imam-ul-Haq at the crease. However, they lost the nightwatchman in the first over of the day, when captain Pat Cummins rattled their stumps with a straight delivery.
The visitors looked comfortable, with a score of 181-3 on the board. However, Imam-ul-Haq lost patience after reaching the half-century mark. The left-hander was stumped after coming off Nathan Lyon. Former captain Babar Azam (21) was also quickly sacked.
At lunch on the third day, Pakistan were 203-6 after losing the wicket of wicketkeeper-batsman Sarfaraz Ahmed. Saud Shakeel failed to convert his start into a big score in away conditions as Josh Hazlewood dismissed him for 28 runs off 43 deliveries after the break.

Pakistan manages to score 271 runs in the first innings
The Pakistan cricket team lost the remaining three wickets, adding only 30 runs in their first innings. The visitors finished with a score of 271 runs, trailing Australia by 216 runs. Young batsman Agha Salman remained unbeaten, scoring 28 runs with four boundaries.
Australia posted a total of 487 in their first innings, led by veteran opener David Warner, who scored an impressive 164 runs. Mitchell Marsh made a significant contribution with a swashbuckling 90 runs and played a crucial role in a 90 run partnership with Alex Carey.
